Is the glass half full or half empty. Technically A glass is always full...

When we are in an interview session there may be different types of questions. Some question are base on the education we have completed and some are to check whether we can face a problem boldly or otherwise. It is a common question to ask is wanting to know if a glass is half filled or half emptied. We all know it is asked so that a person's psychology can be understand. But what typical material science say can be a little different. Lets watch the video to know something.

Food Chain : What is Food Chain? Energy Pyramid

A food chain is a linear network of links in a food web starting from producer organisms and ending at apex predator species, detritivores, or decomposer species. A food chain also shows how the organisms are related with each other by the food they eat. Each level of a food chain represents a different trophic level.

Human Sense : How many senses are there?

From my childhood I have always heard that we have 5 sense. So i search and search about the six sense. People with special ability to sense things which may know as ESP or extra sensory power. But this may not feel right but this popular 5 sense thing is not correct. According to science we have more than 5 senses. Huh means I have ESP ..ha ha ha … may be now I can be a superhero.. I am Megane man.. ha ha..Just kidding

Apart from the five senses i.e. taste, sight, hearing, smell, touch we have as much as 21 senses. Some of the senses collectively form some of the regular 5 senses and some are totally different. There are more information in the video.

Googol and Googolplex

What is Googol ?

A googol is a large number equal to 10^(10^2)=10^(100) (i.e., a 1 with 100 zeros following it). Written out explicitly,
10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.
A googol is 10 to the 100th power (which is 1 followed by 100 zeros). A googol is larger than the number of elementary particles in the universe, which amount to only 10 to the 80th power.
The term was invented by Milton Sirotta, the 9-year nephew of mathematician Edward Kasner, who had asked his nephew what he thought such a large number should be called. Such a number, Milton apparently replied after a short thought, could only be called something as silly as a “googol.”

What is Googolplex ?

Later, another mathematician devised the term googolplex for 10 to the power of googol – that is, 1 followed by 10 to the power of 100 zeros. Frank Pilhofer has determined that, given Moore’s Law (which is that computer processor power doubles about every 1 to 2 years), it would make no sense to try to print out a googolplex for another 524 years – since all earlier attempts to print a googolplex out would be overtaken by the faster processor.

Googol Vs Google

Larry Page and Sergey Brin, the founders of Google, named their search engine after the term googol. In 1997, Larry was brainstorming names with other Stanford graduate students, including Sean Anderson, and looking at available domain names. Anderson miskeyed googol as “google” and found it available. Larry liked it and the name “Google” stuck. Google’s corporate headquarters is called the GooglePlex, an affectionately tongue-in-cheek reference to the origins of the company name.

How big is actually Googol And Googolplex ?

How big is a googolplex, exactly? Well, we barely have enough time to even attempt to help you visualize it. It’s enormous. So enormous, in fact, that there are more zeroes in a googolplex than there are particles in the observable universe. A common estimate of the number of particles in the observable universe is 10 to the power of 80-less than a googol, and less than the number of zeroes in a googolplex. (Admittedly, this estimate does not include photons and dark matter.) Carl Sagan once said that writing out googolplex would be impossible, because the known universe simply doesn’t have enough space. So, yeah, like we said—enormous. Watch the video below to try to get a handle on the absurdity of this number.

Are Bats blind or it's just a myth ?

Bat is a fascinating mammal. Why? The reason is very simple. How many mammals do you think can fly. Bat is unique from most of the animals as well. It depends on the echo of it's wings to much to navigate that we often think that Bats has no eye sight. Is it really true ? Does science support it ?
Are bats blind ?

According to science bats has better vision than human. And that better vision is more than 3 times. But whats made people think about the lack of vision is the echolocation. Bats can use the ultra sonic sound from the wing swing and take it's help to navigate.
General overview of bats vision
Echo location vs Vision

Left—echolocation is slightly advantageous when searching for small prey. Right—Vision is strongly advantageous when avoiding large obstacles. Scale bars depict the approximated detection distances, but are qualitative and not quantitative (especially for the large objects domain).

The color detection of a bat is not good among several species but that does not mean they have a bad eye sight.

Life in Dandy of the East : Narayanganj

In front of a Cement industry
South asia is the major player in the world economy if we are talking about #Jute Industry. Bangladesh and India both had a shared history of Jute revolution. Calling it the golden fibre for no reasons. World’s biggest just mill Adamji Jute Mill was situated in Narayanganj,Bangladesh. That is why this area was called the Dandy of the East. As back then,Dandy was the main point of jute business.

River Sitalaxma
Although now Bangladesh is highly dependent on garments industries but it was jute which lift it’s economy when it was devastated by The War of 1971. Adamji Jute Mill is closed now but the impact it had on the countries economy made Narayanganj the biggest river port the country.

Empty City of Panam
The river Sitalaxma hosted The old capital of Bangla Sonargaon. Panam nagar old standing empty city shows a prospering history of the area. Even during Moughal Dynasty several fort was made on the bank of the river. Haziganj FortSonalanda Fort are two of them.
Even now the City of Narayanganj can be considered as Industrial capital of Bangladesh. Having large garments industry, cement industry, Color industry, Paper industry, Jute mills,Flour mills has made it a destination for working class people,And having a second highest density in entire Bangladesh. By per capita income Narayanganj is Bangladesh’s richest district. And it is only 15KM away from capital Dhaka. Till 1983 it was part of Dhaka, after that it became it’s own district and later a City Corporation.

Shabdi Ghat,Bhrammaputra river
Narayanganj has Bangladesh’s one of the few International sports vanues, Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium. Sites to visit might include Haziganj Fort,Sonakanda Fort, Panam City, Sonargaon Cultural Museum of Fine Art, Seikh Rasel Park (Currently under construction), Zinda Park, Tomb of Bibi Moriom, River site, Sabdi Bazar, Stadium, Nagar Bhaban Fountain, Muktarpur Bridge, Banglar Tajmahal. But some of the places are not so good, but panam city and Sonargaon should be in must to visit list.

Haziganj Fort
There is poor thing though Naratanganj don’t have good College and University facilities though it has some really good schools and it don’t have good medical facilities in which people can count. For corporate job, education and medical purpose people rush to Dhaka as it is at little distance.

Flower in the river
Narayanganj is playing an important role in Bangladesh economy. It is one off the inportant cities or if not most important city after Dhaka and Chittagong.
